Our customers use us to qualify leads, book appointments, route calls, and resolve real customer conversations in production. We are growing fast and need people who can open doors. About the Role We're hiring a Business Development Representative to generate pipeline and book meetings for our sales team. This is an outbound-heavy role where you'll be reaching out to companies that run call centers, manage high call volumes, or rely on phones to drive revenue, and getting them in front of our Account Executives. This is an excellent entry point into enterprise tech sales. You'll learn the voice AI space from the inside, work directly with the founding sales team, and have a clear path to an AE role as the team scales. We're not looking for someone who wants to send templated emails and hope for the best. We want someone who researches prospects, crafts thoughtful outreach, and knows how to get a conversation started with busy decision-makers.
