As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Crisp, you are the force multiplier behind a Crisp Growth Advisor, ensuring they are consistently in front of the right law firm owners, having the right conversations, at the right time. This role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer while receiving direct day-to-day mentorship, coaching, and guidance from your paired Growth Advisor. You will own the engine behind the relationship-building process, including outbound prospecting, CRM management, scheduling, pipeline organization, and converting inbound interest from various sources into qualified discovery conversations. The Growth Advisor leads the sales process and closes deals; your job is to ensure the pipeline stays full and momentum never slows down. This is a foundational role within Crisp’s Growth Team and a true career path, not a parking spot.
