About The Position

We are partnering with a fast-growing 3PL organization that is redefining how logistics solutions are delivered. This role is responsible for driving sales efforts to expand the customer base and support continued growth across all lines of business. The successful candidate will focus on generating new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. They are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a strong passion for building and maintaining client relationships. This individual will play a key role in identifying opportunities, closing deals, and contributing directly to revenue growth while collaborating with a dynamic internal team.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a high-performance sales environment with a focus on new business acquisition, or a degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Highly reliable, adaptable, and ambitious, with a strong work ethic
  • Proven ability to multitask and effectively manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make sound, strategic decisions
  • Proven success in inside sales and lead generation
  • Strong background in business development and deal closing
  • Excellent communicator with solid negotiation and relationship skills
  • Self-starter mindset: motivated, disciplined, and results-driven

Nice To Haves

  • Logistics experience (preferred)
  • Experience in freight brokerage or transportation (a big plus)
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not required)
  • A track record of not just meeting but exceeding targets

Responsibilities

  • Expand revenue and build relationships with new customers through prospecting and outreach
  • Generate leads via cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media
  • Leverage inside sales techniques to engage potential clients
  • Schedule Zoom meetings with prospects with the goal of securing future business
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through regular contact, follow-up on concerns, and issue resolution
  • Communicate customer feedback and issues to management
  • Meet or exceed the requirements for prospecting calls, proposals, and closing deals
  • Develop, implement, and monitor strategic and tactical sales plans to maximize revenue, profit, and sales targets
  • Provide detailed activity reports of sales efforts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
