Requirements

  • Proven success in inside sales and lead generation
  • Strong background in business development and deal closing
  • Excellent communicator with solid negotiation and relationship skills
  • Self-starter mindset motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
  • A track record of not just meeting but exceeding targets

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or transportation
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
