As a Business Development Representative on our Provider Growth team, you will be the tip of the spear in bringing new providers and provider groups to Tandem. You will own both inbound and outbound — ensuring speed-to-lead on new inbound interest while developing outbound strategies for target accounts. You'll work cross-functionally across our top of funnel, growth, and experience teams to turn first contacts into qualified meetings, and feed what you learn back into messaging, sequencing, and GTM strategy. This is a high-volume, high-ownership role with significant autonomy. We want BDRs who think like operators.
