Our team works with a matching engine that processes millions of job transitions and a database of millions of clinicians, giving us a far stronger starting point than any traditional staffing firm. The result: dramatically higher productivity, faster placements, and significantly higher earning potential. We're hiring a Business Development Representative to work directly alongside Lucid's Founder and President as the dedicated outbound partner powering his client acquisition motion. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with a founder on real accounts, booking meetings, chasing the RFPs that turn into our biggest contracts, and using AI tools to do in an hour what most BDRs do in a day. You'll report functionally to our VP of Sales for performance and growth, but day-to-day you're the President's right hand.
