As a Business Development Representative at Waitwhile, you’ll be responsible for generating pipeline through thoughtful, consistent outbound prospecting. You’ll work closely with sales leadership to identify target accounts, engage the right buyers, and create qualified opportunities for the sales team. This is not a plug-into-an-existing-machine kind of role. As a founding BDR, you’ll help shape the process, messaging, and feedback loops that will influence how outbound is built here long term. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and excited by the opportunity to help build something from scratch.
