About The Position

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is an outbound, field-based sales generator responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities for ATI. This role focuses on building early-stage relationships with multifamily property managers, facilities teams, commercial clients, insurance agents/brokers, maintenance managers, and other local referral sources. As ATI's "front-line" market presence, the BDR prioritizes their time in the field performing structured outreach--new introductions, canvassing property portfolios, hosting check-ins, and setting qualified meetings for Project Directors and other sales leaders. BDRs drive top-of-funnel pipeline growth, build brand visibility, and enhance ATI's presence in assigned territories. This role is ideal for highly motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, activity-driven environment, with a clear pathway to the BDM role based on performance and skill development.
