As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in scaling Parloa's business in North America by enhancing its revenue engine to be more predictable and scalable. You will be a key driver of revenue by actively sourcing new business, with a focus on enterprise customers. This role involves building the revenue engine in collaboration with the revenue growth team and enterprise account executives, identifying and evaluating new market growth opportunities, and developing outreach plans. You will also build and own the sales pipeline, generate outbound leads, develop new sales opportunities, and nurture relationships with clients by providing insights into Parloa's conversational AI platform. A key aspect of the role is assessing client challenges, aligning with their needs, and demonstrating how Parloa's platform can deliver value and a strong return on investment.
