  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable operating autonomously.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Passion for sports, community, hospitality, events, or experiential brands.
  • 5 days in office at our Toronto HQ - Brodie has thrived due to a culture of collaboration and teamwork in office.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling partnerships, sponsorships, memberships, or experiential products/services.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with gym owners, local businesses, brands, community organizations, and strategic partners.
  • Lock in facilities and help launch new league locations from the ground up.
  • Recruit and secure a minimum of 24 founding captains per league to help establish strong early community engagement and league success.
  • Partner closely with Operations, who will then take over and continue growing and managing league relationships post-launch.
  • Develop outbound strategies across email, phone, LinkedIn, networking, and events.
  • Help expand Brodie’s footprint across existing and new U.S. markets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure strong partner and customer experiences.
