• Build genuine relationships with professionals who serve seniors and their families, including assisted living communities, memory care teams, real estate professionals, and attorneys
• Become a trusted resource in the community by sharing how Caring Transitions supports families during transitions
• Represent Caring Transitions at local events, networking groups, and community gatherings
• Stay connected with your network through thoughtful follow up and consistent outreach
• Help create opportunities for families to get the support they need at the right time
