About The Position

Flood Rescue is hiring an experienced and motivated Business Development Representative for its water damage restoration company. The role focuses on developing and maintaining customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing solutions. The position offers a fast-paced environment and opportunities for advancement. Compensation is salary plus monthly commission, with a stated base salary of $60,000 and OTE of $150,000+. The employee must complete paid training at the corporate office in Oklahoma City within the first 60 days. The position requires on-call availability outside regular business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with prompt responses to customer calls, emergencies, and other operational matters.

Requirements

Proven track record of success in sales.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to think strategically and creatively.
Valid driver license.
Availability for on-call duties outside regular business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs dictate.
Work Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed.
Complete paid training in Oklahoma City with the corporate office within the first 60 days.

Responsibilities
