Saskatchewan Blue Cross® is recruiting for a full-time permanent Business Development Representative to join their team in the Individual Sales department. This position offers the flexibility to be in-office or participate in hybrid options in their Regina office. The Business Development Representative is responsible for promoting and selling all Individual Product lines through both direct and advisor distribution channels in designated territories across Saskatchewan. The role involves achieving sales growth and retention measures, generating leads for Group Business, building relationships with key external and internal stakeholders, and forming productive and sustainable relationships in the community. The Business Development Representative will also play a key role in providing education and service to external stakeholders, advisors, and members.
