Business Development Representative

StemWave•Tampa, FL

About The Position

StemWave is hiring a full-time, remote Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new device revenue alongside its Account Executive team. StemWave makes shockwave therapy devices for clinics and practitioners, with devices selling for an average of about $75,500. The BDR owns the top of the sales funnel, responding quickly to inbound leads, prospecting and re-engaging prospects, qualifying fit, and booking consults that show. The BDR remains involved with the Account Executive through the close and hands closed clients to Client Success. The role requires high-volume phone outreach, timely and persistent follow-up, disciplined CRM and reporting, and close coordination with the sales team. The schedule is fully remote and flexible, with availability needed for a weekday 9:00 AM ET team huddle and Slack from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET. The position is full-time, with 40+ hours per week and time off available with advance notice. Compensation includes a $36,000 annual base salary and commission on front-end device sales, paid on cash collected. On-target earnings are approximately $81,300–$117,500 per year at 4–6 sales per month, with no cap. Commission rates vary by monthly sales volume: 1.00% for 2–3 sales, 1.25% for 4–5 sales, 1.50% for 6–7 sales, and 2.00% for 8 or more sales. Top performers making 8 or more sales per month earn around $181,000 per year, with a path to $200,000 or more for exceptional producers.
