About The Position

Findlay Cadillac is seeking motivated, personable, and results-driven individuals to join their Business Development Center (BDC) team. As the dealership grows, they are expanding their team to ensure an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction. No automotive experience is necessary, as the company will provide training, tools, and support for individuals with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for connecting with people.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers through phone calls, text messages, emails, and online inquiries.
• Build relationships with customers and create excitement around the Cadillac brand.
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments, helping turn customer interest into dealership visits.
• Proactively follow up with leads and identify opportunities to reconnect with potential buyers.
• Utilize the customer relationship management (CRM) system to track leads, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to showroom visit.
• Develop knowledge of Cadillac vehicles, technology, and features to confidently assist customers.
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
