Our client, an established and growing leader in the restoration industry, is seeking a Restoration Business Development Representative to build strategic relationships throughout the community while helping homeowners and businesses recover after fire, water, storm, and other property disasters. This isn't a high-pressure sales role. It's about earning trust before a disaster happens—and being the calm, knowledgeable professional families rely on when they need help the most. Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, customer service, public safety, restoration, or a related field
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Comfortable speaking with individuals and groups
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Proficient with technology and CRM systems
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to work within an assigned territory
  • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

Nice To Haves

  • Previous restoration experience is helpful but not required for the right relationship builder.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with fire departments, police departments, EMS, municipalities, insurance professionals, property managers, commercial clients, and community organizations.
  • Become a trusted local resource within your territory.
  • Attend networking events, chamber meetings, trade associations, and community functions.
  • Educate referral partners on emergency restoration services.
  • Respond to emergency property losses involving fire, water, storm, or other catastrophic events.
  • Meet with property owners during difficult situations with empathy, professionalism, and confidence.
  • Explain the restoration process and help customers make informed decisions.
  • Coordinate with operations and project management teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the emergency response process.
  • Monitor incoming leads and respond quickly.
  • Achieve individual sales and business development goals.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response.
