SiteZeus is looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our growing Sales team! To solidify ourself as a complete lifecycle software provider, we introduced SiteZeus Sell and Build 2023. Through our four user-friendly products, we are able to supply every team in an organization with a comprehensive range of tools to drive franchise sales, facilitate market planning, support development, enhance marketing efforts, and streamline operations.

Requirements

  • 6 months of experience as a successful BDR with a track record of exceeding quota.
  • Strong outbound cold-calling experience.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Ability to confidently engage with C-level executives and VPs.
  • Coachable and adaptable to changing processes.
  • All U.S.-based applicants must be legally authorized to work within the United States.
  • All roles may require corporate communication skills and prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or working on a computer.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using a power dialer
  • SaaS or B2B sales experience
  • Experience working with large enterprises

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual business development quotas.
  • Generate new leads through targeted email campaigns, cold calls, conference and trade shows, social media outreach, and other prospecting efforts.
  • Own the first stage of the pipeline for a designated territory within the SiteZeus sales process.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and the Marketing team to fully pursue all relevant leads.
  • Use and iterate on AI tools and internal solutions to optimize prospecting strategies and personalize outreach at scale.
  • Take detailed notes and leverage automations within our CRM.
