  • Working fluency in how money moves, including cross-border payments, FX, payouts, treasury, or stablecoins, with the ability to converse with a CFO or Head of Payments.
  • Hungry and tenacious, with a persistent follow-up strategy and the ability to prevent good leads from going quiet.
  • Experience using AI tools daily to enhance productivity and understanding of their limitations.
  • Strong writing skills, producing outbound messages that sound like a smart person talking to another smart person.
  • Ability to thrive in early-stage ambiguity, with high ownership and the potential for outsized impact.

  • Utilize AI tools like Mural's agentic teammate, Clay, and Claude for account research, mapping warm paths, identifying triggers (funding rounds, job postings, market launches), and drafting initial outreach messages, followed by personalization and sending.
  • Prioritize warm outreach paths (mutual connections, investor intros, content engagement, conference interactions) before employing cold outreach with a personalized and helpful approach.
  • Manage the daily workflow of sourcing, qualifying, touching, logging, booking, and handing off leads across phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person events.
