The company has a valuation of $3.3 billion after a Series E funding round and is seeking to make mental healthcare accessible globally. This role is for future opportunities, building a pipeline for BDRs in New York City. The Business Development Representative (BDR) will build and maintain relationships with Marketing and Account Executives, acting as a change agent with autonomy and flexibility. The ideal candidate is creative, passionate about developing sales skills, and believes in honesty and transparency. This is a 40-hour-per-week, hourly (non-exempt) role with a standard schedule of 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. The role requires working out of the NYC office at 60 Madison Ave three days a week.
