As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for outbound and inbound lead outreach, qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, and booking high-quality demos by identifying operational pain points and urgency. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, curious, coachable, accountable, and capable of critical thinking and articulating business impact. Success will be measured by demo quality and pipeline contribution.
