This is a senior, consultative sales role designed for professionals who are comfortable navigating sophisticated buying decisions at the executive level. As a Business Development Representative, you will operate as a trusted advisor to senior executives, owning the full revenue lifecycle from relationship development through close and handoff. You will leverage existing relationships and develop new executive connections, lead discovery conversations focused on financial infrastructure, scale, and performance, and position ROSE as a long-term strategic solution-not a point product. You will drive new client relationships across GovCon, NFP, and growth sectors.
