Requirements

• Experience in the transportation industry and in customer service
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to earn trust and maintain long-term client partnerships
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your territory effectively
• Professional, dependable, and committed to representing the company with integrity
• Leadership qualities and the ability to proactively identify and address customer needs
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Sales experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new fleet maintenance accounts
• Make cold calls and scheduled visits to fleet managers and business owners
• Travel up to 2 days a week when needed
• Work independently with minimal supervision — we trust you to own your territory
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate leadership and reliability every day — your clients and team count on you
