The Business Development team is responsible for driving pipeline growth, which ultimately drives revenue across both net new prospects and current customers. We take a value-oriented approach to working with our prospects, ensuring we are driving interest across the entire suite of Crunchtime products. As the Business Development Representative Manager, you will lead a team of Business Development Representatives to set introductory meetings and develop sales opportunities. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you will collaborate with other business leaders to execute the identified strategy and deliver results against the stated goals. As a leader, you will also be responsible for the coaching and development of your team.
