About The Position

Assured is the AI-native platform rebuilding the operational backbone of U.S. healthcare by automating credentialing, licensing, and payer enrollment end-to-end. We're backed by top Silicon Valley investors, trusted by some of the largest health systems and provider groups in the country, and growing fast. We're hiring our next cohort of BDRs to help us put Assured in front of every operations leader in healthcare. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-moving, low-ego, highly curious, and collaborative team reimagining one of the most broken parts of healthcare, using cutting-edge AI in the real world, at scale.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years crushing it as a BDR/SDR in B2B SaaS. Bonus points for healthcare, ops, or enterprise.
  • A track record of hitting (and beating) meeting and pipeline targets.
  • Confident on the phone with senior leaders, VPs, and C-suite.
  • High business IQ, you connect operational pain to dollars without breaking a sweat.
  • Hunter, competitive, collaborative energy. Resilient, organized, proactive. You thrive in ambiguity and don't wait to be told what to do.

Responsibilities

  • Build and run smart, multichannel outbound (email, phone, LinkedIn) into provider groups, MSOs, and health systems; booking meetings with COOs, VPs of Ops, and Credentialing leaders.
  • Get creative. Pitch wild ideas, run experiments, build campaigns nobody's seen before. Direct mail to a specific COO? A dinner in Nashville the night before a conference? If it gets us in the right room, why not?
  • Research accounts deeply. Every touch should sound like it was written for that person.
  • Attend 1–2 industry conferences and events every month: MGMA, HLTH, NAMSS, regional ops summits, meeting the leaders we want to sell to and bringing pipeline back with you.
  • Do whatever it takes (legally and tastefully :D) to get Assured in front of healthcare leaders.
  • Qualify inbound demand and run sharp discovery; surface real pain, real urgency, real fit.
  • Partner tightly with AEs on handoffs, territory plays, and conversion.
  • Help build the outbound playbook from the ground up. The motion you help design is the motion we scale.
