We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to expand our presence across Virginia by securing new partnerships with Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) and Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs). This role is ideal for a high-energy professional who thrives on building connections, closing deals, and growing territory through strategic outreach and in-person relationship development. This is not a passive account management role — this position requires proactive outreach, in-person engagement, and consistent new business development. Travel Requirement This position requires frequent travel throughout Virginia to meet with prospective and existing facility partners. Travel is a core function of the role. A company vehicle is available for business travel and is encouraged for use, based on shared availability.
