About The Position

The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our sales and service teams. This role involves handling inbound calls and internet leads, scheduling appointments, and building strong customer relationships. Requirements

  • Customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and the internet
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Positive, energetic, and motivated personality
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends)
  • High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and internet leads
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with customers
  • Build strong relationships and deliver a top-tier customer experience
  • Maintain and update online vehicle listings
  • Generate and track leads through CRM systems
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Support sales and service teams with follow-up and customer outreach
  • Complete administrative tasks and reports as needed
