About The Position

Client is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive growth in our AI services portfolio , including cutting-edge solutions such as Agentic AI . The ideal candidate will have proven experience in selling technology services, particularly within the AI/automation domain, and a strong ability to engage enterprise clients in consultative discussions.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in business development or sales for IT/AI services.
  • Demonstrated success in selling AI-related solutions (Agentic AI, automation platforms, or similar).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to US-based enterprise clients.
  • Familiarity with AI ecosystems, cloud platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities in AI-driven services.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with enterprise clients, positioning IOPEX as a trusted partner in AI transformation.
  • Collaborate with sales and solution teams to craft compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Stay updated on AI trends (Agentic AI, automation, machine learning) to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic outreach and pipeline management.
