Business Development Representative (BDR)

Marble HealthNew York, NY
$65,000 - $85,000Remote

About The Position

Marble is building the new operating system for youth mental health by connecting schools, therapists, and health plans on a single platform to unlock access to care today and raise the standard of care for tomorrow. Last year, 1 in 10 teens attempted suicide. At the heart of this crisis is a severe lack of access to quality, affordable care. When kids can't get help, problems compound and preventable tragedies follow. Marble partners directly with school counselors to get students into care quickly by connecting them to licensed therapists through the insurance coverage they already have, with no waitlists. We're an early-stage, fast-moving team. The people who join now will shape how we build and what we build. Growing Marble's school partnerships starts with building a strong top-of-funnel and that's where you come in. As a BDR, you'll be the first point of contact for school counselors, student support teams, and district leaders across the country, introducing them to a model that gets students into care quickly and at no cost to the school or family. This is a high-activity, high-ownership role. Cold calling is the primary way you'll reach school counselors and administrators. It's a big part of the day-to-day, and we want candidates who are genuinely energized by it. You'll also run outbound via email and other channels, continuously test and improve your messaging, and hand off qualified opportunities to our Account Executives. You'll work closely with both the AE and marketing teams to sharpen how Marble shows up in the market. It's a strong foundation for someone who wants to grow into an Account Executive or Account Manager role and is ready to put in the work to get there.
