About The Position

Responsible for all center operations to include successful implementation of RFP’s, company policies and procedures, quality assurance and financial initiatives. Ultimately responsible for the day-to-day operations including financial, quality outcomes, employee relations and compliance with local, state, and federal law. Responsible for the development of the annual operating and capital budgets for each location and ensures expenses comply with budget constraints and EBITA meets or exceeds budgeted goals. Develops and maintains relationships with DOL, local and state legislators and political leaders. Maintains awareness of funding source/client requirements and legislation that impacts business operations and liability. Ensures the provision of quality service consistent with applicable laws/regulations and corporate policies/guidelines/standards. Oversees and participates in quality assessment and performance improvement activities. Supports centers through designated region, working closely with Center Directors, ensuring all metrics are met both internally and contractually. Develop business and Community Based Organization partnerships for current and proposed Center locations. Responsible for ongoing staff development and growth; nurturing team members as they progress through professional training to improve their skills and grow their knowledge of our industry. Reviews/approves location policies based on the company’s mission, care standards and business practices, and compliance with corporate policies and procedures. Participates as a key strategist in the growth and development of projects to retain existing business as well as grow new business. Fosters an environment that is people-first, inclusive and results in high performing teams and projects. Ensures implementation of corporate initiatives and directives. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Services required, Master's preferred.
  • A minimum of five years progressively responsible experience with the proven ability to effectively manage systems, processes, and people.
  • Experience in Work Force Services industry preferred.
  • Five plus years of supervisory experience with at least five direct reports.
  • Maintains relevant professional licensure/registration/certification in the state of practice, if applicable.
  • Demonstrates the experience or ability for strategic development and management at an executive level.
  • Able to travel locally and out of state.
