About The Position

We are a growing restoration company focused on water damage mitigation and reconstruction, and we are looking for a motivated, independent rep to expand our presence across the Philadelphia area. This is a 1099, commission-only opportunity for someone who wants flexibility, uncapped earning potential, and the ability to build a long-term book of business. This role is about earning long-term partnerships, not transactional selling.

Requirements

Existing relationships OR regular access to property managers or commercial decision-makers.
The ability to get meetings and build trust quickly.
Self-motivated individuals who prefer flexibility over a fixed salary.
People comfortable working independently and building relationships in the field.
Strong communicators who can earn trust and maintain long-term partnerships.

Nice To Haves

Experience in restoration, construction, property management, or B2B services.
Real estate agents working with investors or distressed properties.
Vendor-side reps (janitorial, HVAC, security, etc.) calling on similar clients.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with property management companies, apartment communities / HOAs, and commercial facilities.
Introduce our company and position us as a reliable, go-to vendor.
Stay in consistent contact with partners and remain top-of-mind.
Generate mitigation and reconstruction opportunities through your network and outreach.
