About The Position
FISPAN Services Inc. (FISPAN) is an Enterprise SaaS FinTech company that allows banks to deploy embedded financial products and services to create a seamless banking connection for their corporate clients. Our product aims to provide instant scale and reach for banks who want to remove friction and add value by enabling their commercial banking clients to access banking services through their preferred ERP / accounting platform. - Communication: You have strong written communication skills, especially for creating clear documentation.
Responsibilities
- Build the Funnel: Use specialized sales tools to identify and qualify bank partners and corporate prospects.
- Data Stewardship: Act as the guardian of our CRM, ensuring every lead is documented, tracked, and moving through the funnel correctly.
- Research & Insights: Dive deep into the fintech and ERP landscape to provide the BD team with actionable intelligence.
- Optimize the Stack: Help manage our outbound lead generation tools and suggest new ways to automate repetitive tasks.
- Documentation: Create the "Playbook" by writing SOPs and Knowledge Base articles that make the BD team more efficient.
