About The Position

Americas Capital Finance (ACF) is a direct lender and principal investor focused on middle-market equipment and project finance throughout North America. Our platform supports financing transactions ranging from $500K to $25MM+ across various industries. This role is for individuals who want to compete in a high-performance sales environment built around outbound prospecting, accountability, and production. This is not a remote position and has a scheduled start date of Monday, June 22, 2026.

Requirements

  • Highly competitive, motivated, and production-driven individuals
  • 2+ years of cold calling or B2B sales experience
  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with executives
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to perform in a fast-paced outbound sales environment
  • Individuals motivated by performance-based compensation and uncapped earning potential
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent outbound activity
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Professional communication style in both phone and written interaction

Nice To Haves

  • Equipment finance, banking, financial services, or lending experience
  • Experience reviewing or discussing financial statements
  • Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Communications, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and communicate directly with C-Level executives and finance teams at middle-market companies
  • Identify capital equipment and project financing opportunities across a wide range of industries
  • Support and manage the sales process from outbound prospecting through funding while working closely with ACF Vice Presidents and internal teams throughout the transaction lifecycle
  • Maintain pipeline activity, account updates, and follow-up strategy within Salesforce CRM
  • Work alongside ACF Vice Presidents, credit, and internal teams throughout the sales and approval process
  • Research companies, capital projects, and equipment initiatives to uncover financing opportunities
