The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, selling, and supporting all cash management/business-related deposit products and services. This role involves partnering with internal teams to identify new client opportunities, assisting with onboarding and support of commercial deposit accounts and cash management products, and responding to Requests for Proposal. The officer will serve as a point of contact for both external and internal customers for various cash management products and services, providing customer training and installation assistance. Additionally, the role requires identifying cross-sell opportunities, researching competitors, and serving as the primary on-site sales person for the “Employer of Choice” checking accounts program. Other responsibilities include performing assigned duties in compliance with laws and regulations and making referrals for other bank products and services.
