About The Position
We're growing! Join our team as a Business Development Officer in Business Lending. This is a Full Time Business Development Officer position where you'll develop new business relationships, strengthen existing partnerships, and connect local businesses with financial solutions that help them grow. You'll work closely with business owners, community leaders, and our internal teams to identify opportunities, generate loans and deposits, and represent the Credit Union throughout our service area.
Requirements
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
- NMLS licensing required (or ability to obtain)
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience preferred
- Business development, sales, lending, or financial institution experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Developing new business loan and deposit relationships
- Growing and strengthening existing member partnerships
- Representing the Credit Union at community and business events
- Recommending business products and financial solutions
- Helping achieve business growth goals while delivering exceptional member service
