This is a front-line, relationship-driven, revenue-generating position for someone who: - Loves meeting new people - Thrives on winning business - Is energized by competition and growth - Wants to directly impact revenue and market expansion You will be the face of Paul Davis in the community, building relationships with key referral partners. Territory Orange, Osceola, and Seminole Counties

Requirements

2+ years in sales or business development
CRM and communication skills
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass background and drug screening

Nice To Haves

Experience in restoration, construction, or insurance is a plus
Bi-lingual is a plus

Responsibilities

Drive Revenue Through Relationships: - Build and own a book of referral partners - Develop strong, trust-based relationships that generate consistent work
Be in the Field: - Execute a high-volume schedule of in-person visits - Attend networking events and community events
Create Momentum: - Plan and execute marketing and outreach campaigns - Use CRM tools to track pipeline and activity
