About The Position

BlastOne is a fast-growing global company in the Industrial Corrosion Control Industry seeking top talent to join their dynamic team. They are looking for a self-motivated individual with sales experience in the Corrosion Control Industry, who is passionate about customer loyalty, providing technical assistance, and offering quick solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for excellence, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work. This is a full-time, hands-on role within a creative, energetic, and customer-focused sales environment. The position is for the Gulf region, aiming to grow and enhance existing customer relationships, identify potential new customers, and onboard them with BlastOne. This involves significant face-to-face and phone interaction. The role is responsible for continuously expanding the customer base in the assigned territory by identifying new markets, new customers, and increasing the product range purchased by existing customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in selling in the Corrosion Control Industry
  • Minimum 3 years’ of experience in the gulf area market
  • Demonstrated ability to sell
  • Knowledge of transport, logistics industry
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Solve problems without stress – cool head
  • Love to work in an office environment
  • Excellent phone sales skills
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Organizational skills
  • Solid grasp of basic computer systems - Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel
  • Demonstrated experience in using a CRM like salesforce or NetSuite
  • Excellent attention to detail. The detail matters! If we can't get the small things right, we'll never hope to get the big things right!
  • Brilliant task and time management skills. You always complete your assigned tasks on time, every time.
  • Ability to write technical sales letters
  • Willingness to take on other people’s problem

Responsibilities

  • Grow and enhance existing customer relationships in the Gulf region.
  • Identify potential new customers and bring them on board with BlastOne.
  • Continuously grow the customer base in the assigned territory.
  • Identify new markets and new customers.
  • Increase the product range purchased by existing customers.
