About The Position

Executive Home Care is seeking a business development professional with an existing network of contacts in Bucks County, PA, to manage their territory. This part-time role, requiring 2-3 days per week, focuses on leveraging established relationships with discharge planners, case managers, elder law attorneys, financial advisors, and senior living contacts to generate client referrals. The agency emphasizes direct owner accessibility, intentional client-caregiver matching, and rapid response. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating referral relationships, conducting educational presentations, developing and executing an outreach plan, reactivating dormant relationships, and tracking progress in the company CRM. Success in the first year will be measured by a defined roster of active referral partners generating recurring referrals and a measurable volume of new client starts.

Requirements

  • Reside in Bucks County, PA
  • 3+ years of proven outside sales or business development experience in home care, home health, hospice, senior living, or related healthcare referral-based sales
  • An existing, active network of referral relationships in the senior care / healthcare referral ecosystem that you can activate immediately
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding referral or sales quotas
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, in-person prospecting, and disciplined CRM use
  • Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle; willingness to be in the field across Bucks County on your scheduled days
  • Strong presentation, public speaking, and relationship-management skills
  • Available a consistent 2–3 days/week

  • Existing relationships specifically within the Bucks County healthcare and senior living network
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field
  • Experience working with a CRM platform for pipeline and activity tracking

Responsibilities

  • Identify, cultivate, and manage referral relationships with discharge planners, hospital and rehab case managers, elder law attorneys, financial advisors, senior living communities, and hospice organizations across Bucks County
  • Convert existing referral relationships into active, recurring sources of client referrals from day one
  • Represent Executive Home Care through educational “door-opener” presentations at senior living communities and partner sites
  • Build and execute a focused Bucks County outreach plan sized to a 2–3 day/week schedule, with measurable outreach and conversion targets
  • Re-activate dormant referral relationships and expand our presence in underpenetrated segments, particularly memory care
  • Track outreach, referral source performance, and pipeline activity in the company CRM
  • Represent the company at select community events, health fairs, and professional networking functions
  • Report weekly on pipeline activity and results directly to ownership
