About The Position

AppSquadz Software is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead B2B sales of cloud and AWS-based solutions in the USA and across the broader APAC region. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, acquiring enterprise clients, and managing end-to-end sales cycles for SaaS, mobile app development, and cloud services.

Requirements

  • Experience 3–5 years in B2B sales for IT services, SaaS, or cloud solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience handling mid-market or enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and IT services sales models.
  • Working knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, and cloud fundamentals).
  • Familiarity with mobile apps and custom software development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • AWS Certification (Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect, or similar).
  • Experience in international or offshore sales.
  • Strong professional network in the USA.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire high-value B2B clients across IT services, SaaS, and cloud domains.
  • Execute go-to-market strategies for the USA.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Explore and penetrate key industries such as media, fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, logistics, etc.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Deliver impactful presentations, product demos, and solution pitches.
  • Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design AWS-based solutions.
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage and grow key enterprise accounts.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities across services.
  • Build long-term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity in the US.
  • Provide insights to refine sales strategies and service offerings.
  • Support marketing initiatives, partnerships, and brand positioning.
  • Maintain CRM (e.g., Zoho) and track pipeline performance.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project transitions.
