Restoration 1 of Birmingham has an immediate opening for an experienced sales professional to hit the ground running. Experience in restoration business development, sales, and closing is highly preferred. Requirements

  • Extensive face-to-face customer experience.
  • Experience in restoration business development, sales, and closing is highly preferred.
  • Established relationships with plumbers, HVAC techs, or trade contractors in the Birmingham market.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients in person, over the phone, via text, or through telepathic means.
  • Proficient with technology and learning new programs to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Maintaining up-to-date, accurate data in our CRM is critical.
  • Be highly competitive, positive, and results-driven.
  • Be coachable, competitive, outgoing, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain relationships with customers and referral partners.
  • Add value to customers and referral partners.
  • Show up at the loss site when a referral partner sends a job your way, meet the homeowner, build trust, and help get the work started.
  • Be the face of Restoration 1 in the field.
  • Give others the gift of learning how to lose.
  • Own your numbers and meet clear activity and revenue expectations.
