About The Position

Insurcomm Restoration delivers complete restoration, reconstruction, and emergency response. For over 30 years, they have assisted property owners, facility teams, and communities in recovering from various hazards. As part of Fortify Companies, Insurcomm is building a platform that aligns insurance carriers, property owners, and service providers across prevention, response, restoration, and rebuild. They aim to deliver coordinated care from prevention to restoration across numerous markets nationwide, backed by Summit Partners. Their goal is to reduce losses, expedite recoveries, and provide trusted service. This role is for a Business Development Manager who excels at building a territory from the ground up. It is a hunter-led field sales position focused on creating new opportunities, growing accounts from zero, and deepening relationships with existing customers within the Maine market. The role involves close collaboration with operations to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact to project completion. This opportunity is ideal for individuals motivated by building tangible results and rewarded for the revenue they generate.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in field sales or account management with a demonstrated hunting focus
  • Excellent discovery, communication, and negotiation skills; confident presenter
  • Consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota in a metrics-driven environment
  • Valid driver's license and comfort with local travel across the territory
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform
  • A hunter who treats new business development as a craft, not a task
  • Energized by activity-based work and motivated by clear, measurable outcomes
  • A strong communicator who builds trust quickly with decision-makers
  • Organized and disciplined managing a full territory pipeline
  • Collaborative and operations-oriented; you understand that winning a client is only the beginning

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a territory growth plan targeting high-potential accounts
  • Prospect and generate new business through outreach, networking, and in-person meetings
  • Organize and attend industry events and trade shows, converting activity into revenue
  • Run effective discovery meetings to understand client needs, timelines, and decision processes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers, insurance professionals, and referral partners
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure exceptional client experience and project handoff
  • Support client communications when needed to strengthen trust and retention
  • Track activity and pipeline in HubSpot (or similar CRM)
  • Comply with all safety, driving, and jobsite requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the team and business
  • Build and execute a territory plan targeting high-potential accounts across your assigned market
  • Source new opportunities through direct outreach, local networking, and industry events
  • Organize and attend trade shows and industry events; convert activity into booked revenue

  • Support client communications as needed throughout the project lifecycle
