Bulgin, L-Com, and Miles-Tek are global technology businesses that design and manufacture mission-critical, harsh-environment electromechanical products for connectivity solutions worldwide. As we continue our growth, we are recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager to capitalize on opportunities in the Southeastern Region. We require someone who can understand and evangelize Bulgin’s, L-Com’s, and Miles-Tek’s core product offerings and Value-Added capabilities to identify opportunities. Our brands have a strong distribution presence in the region with relationships spanning decades. The successful candidate will increase sales by expanding this network and managing its performance. Based in the territory, you will be supported by a strong, successful, product-knowledgeable team and will be responsible for liaising with distributors on all aspects of developing their business, as well as Direct customer sales. The role will involve the full range of sales management responsibilities, including business planning and goal setting for the territory, joint customer visits, branch-level training, and demonstrations. This includes oversight of key quotations, samples, and leads for strategic opportunities in your region. It will also involve reviewing monthly sales for Direct customers and Independent Reps (70% of the time), and Distributors' outside sales (30% of the time).
