The Business Development Manager will drive market share growth for Sun’s inks, coatings, and adhesives with primary focus on the Flexible Packaging market. Will formulate the value propositions for product offerings for each market and sub-market and create training programs and customer acquisition plans. Prioritizes customer targets, product development projects, and market-based opportunities based on potential sales and probabilities of success. Collaborate with customers to define and solve technical packaging application issues via coordination with the customer technical services (CTS), product management, and product development teams. Partners with sales team to create mutually beneficial contractual arrangements to gain long-term customers.
