About The Position

DaMar Staffing Solutions is a growing boutique staffing firm seeking a driven Business Development Manager to help take the company to the next level. This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role focused on prospecting, client acquisition, and account growth. Success in this role is measured by new client acquisition, job orders generated, and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full cycle sales
  • Strong skills in building relationships, critical thinking, collaboration and verbal/written communication are required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet and Email
  • Must be energetic, detail-oriented, organized, highly motivated and self-directed individual with ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Get it done attitude and work ethic; troubleshooting and negotiating skills; including ability to cold call make in-person sales calls and presentations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
  • Previous experience in sales or account management a plus
  • Previous staffing agency experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new client relationships through calls, meetings, networking, and referrals
  • Identify staffing needs and generate new job orders
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline using Zoho CRM
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle
  • Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion
  • Maintain consistent outreach activity (calls, meetings, follow-ups)
  • Track all activity and pipeline metrics
  • Meet and exceed revenue and performance targets

Benefits

  • Base salary: $35,000 – $60,000
  • Uncapped commission
  • Strong earning potential based on performance
