About The Position

Advantage Parts Solutions is seeking entrepreneurial, high-energy Business Development Managers for a role focused on relationship building, problem-solving, and driving growth within the automotive supply chain sector. This is a consultative sales position where you will manage your own territory, build meaningful customer relationships, drive operational improvements, and create long-term business value. The role involves identifying opportunities to enhance operational performance, supply chain efficiency, profitability, and customer experience for dealerships, collision centers, and repair facilities. Key aspects of the role include relationship building, strategic growth, contract negotiation, supply chain optimization, business consulting, operational problem-solving, AI-powered innovation, and data-driven decision making. You will be expected to engage in face-to-face meetings with customers daily, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering ongoing operational support and strategic guidance.

Requirements

  • Proven success in commission-based sales environments
  • History of exceeding revenue goals, negotiating contracts, and driving innovative business growth
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial sales environment
  • Confidence in face-to-face customer interaction and territory management
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to leverage technology, AI tools, data, and analytics to improve business performance
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • CRM software and Microsoft Office experience
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Outside/Field Sales: 2+ years required
  • CRM Software: 2+ years required
  • Microsoft Excel and Data Analysis: 4+ years required

  • Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities
  • Build strategic partnerships with dealership and collision center leadership
