The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships within the vertical markets that we service in Industrial and Commercial fields. This role is essential in positioning the company as a trusted partner by promoting our full range of HVAC products, preventive maintenance programs, retrofit projects, and energy-efficient system upgrades. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HVAC systems, a deep understanding of commercial and industrial environments, and a proven track record in sales and business development. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on field engagement to identify new opportunities and support long-term client relationships. This position is primarily field-based, with occasional office time for planning, reporting, and team collaboration. Compensation is biweekly, with a guaranteed commission structure in year one to support a strong ramp-up period. In year two and beyond, commission is performance-based and offers uncapped earning potential.
