We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Raleigh, North Carolina office. This role is responsible for developing and managing a strategic pipeline that drives revenue growth through business-to-business sales of Timmons Group services across the greater Raleigh region and eastern North Carolina, including Wilmington. The Business Development Manager serves as a visible representative of the firm in the marketplace—building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, and advancing strategic growth initiatives. This role leads client development efforts by evaluating prospective clients, developing and executing capture and pursuit strategies, and engaging regularly with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Success in this role requires a proactive, relationship-driven approach, a strong regional presence, and the ability to collaborate effectively with firm leadership, marketing, and technical teams to position Timmons Group for long-term growth.
