This Business Development Manager role is a true hunter role focused on acquiring new enterprise clients. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification through deal execution—with an emphasis on complex, multimillion-dollar B2B payments solutions. You will: Own and close new enterprise-level opportunities within a defined territory Drive net-new logo acquisition through proactive outbound efforts (cold outreach, events, networking) Lead complex sales cycles (6–12 months), partnering cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to win deals Engage C-level decision-makers, building business cases and aligning solutions to strategic priorities Develop and execute territory plans to build and maintain a strong pipeline Navigate and influence large buying groups, including finance, operations, IT, and procurement Negotiate and execute contracts to successful close
