HudsonManpower is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager with strong expertise in client acquisition and business development for White Collar and Blue Collar recruitment services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing business with Gulf, Indian, International, and European clients across industries such as Oil & Gas, EPC, Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction, Hospitality, IT and Industrial Services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment business development/staffing industry
  • Strong network of clients in Gulf and international markets
  • Experience handling White Collar and Blue Collar recruitment requirements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Knowledge of industries such as Oil & Gas, EPC, Manufacturing, Construction, Hospitality, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and drive business growth

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and acquire recruitment clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients across GCC, India, Europe, and other international markets
  • Promote White Collar and Blue Collar recruitment services
  • Handle client meetings, presentations, proposals, and negotiations
  • Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Identify market trends and hiring opportunities across target industries
  • Build long-term partnerships with EPC, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Hospitality, and Industrial companies
  • Achieve business growth and revenue targets
