About The Position

1 Tom Plumber and Firehawk Restoration Jasper are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Business Development Manager to help grow two rapidly expanding service businesses throughout North Georgia. This is not a desk job. This is a community-facing role focused on developing long-term referral relationships, building commercial partnerships, networking, and becoming the trusted local resource for property emergencies. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Outside Sales, Account Management, Relationship Marketing, Property Management, Insurance Sales, Real Estate, Restoration, Plumbing, HVAC, or Home Services
  • Experience using CRM software
  • Existing network of local business relationships

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with Property Managers, Commercial Property Managers, Realtors, Insurance Agents, Apartment Communities, Facility Managers, Restaurants, Home Inspectors, HVAC Contractors, and Roofing Contractors.
  • Conduct in-person visits and networking meetings.
  • Schedule lunches, coffee meetings, and presentations.
  • Attend Chamber of Commerce and networking events.
  • Develop commercial account relationships.
  • Establish emergency response partnerships.
  • Assist with pre-loss planning opportunities.
  • Generate referral partnerships.
  • Represent the company at community events.
  • Support sponsorships and local outreach programs.
  • Attend trade shows and business functions.
  • Help strengthen company visibility throughout North Georgia.
  • Maintain CRM records and follow-up schedules.
  • Capture photos and content for marketing initiatives.
  • Request and help generate Google reviews.
  • Support social media and brand awareness efforts.
  • Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams.
