The Business Development Manager supports execution of growth initiatives by managing outreach, CRM systems, lead tracking, and relationship development with a strong focus on AI-enhanced prospecting and automation. USA Clinics Group is the nation’s largest network of outpatient vein, fibroid, vascular, and prostate centers, with 170+ clinics across the country. Requirements

  • 3–6 years of sales, business development, or account management experience
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Strong communication and outreach skills
  • Ability to manage pipelines and track conversion metrics
  • Experience using AI tools for prospecting, outreach, or CRM automation
  • Ability to improve lead generation efficiency through automation tools

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage CRM pipeline and lead tracking systems
